Rent paid directly through the Pillar Tenant App — weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
At lease commencement you're issued a unique bank reference number, so every payment is correctly allocated to your tenancy. Receipts and balances are visible in the app at any time.

Urgent repairs are prioritised and actioned without delay, with the team in direct contact from the moment they're logged. All other maintenance is scheduled and communicated to you in advance — you'll always know what's happening and when.
